In times like these when we could all use some positive news, News 9 is taking their “Something Good” campaign up a notch with an all-new special set to premiere on Thurs., Dec. 10 at 7 p.m.

Presented by News 9 and T-Mobile, “Oklahoma's Own Originals: Something Good” will highlight the strength of Oklahomans through the pandemic and some of the ways the last nine months have brought people together… all while staying six feet apart.

“Something Good” will also share stories of some Amazing Oklahomans – those defying the odds, giving back to their communities and who’ve had a lasting impact on our state.

“We have been focused on sharing the good stories from Oklahomans during a difficult 2020,” said Jason Calder, News 9 Executive Producer of Special Projects. “What better way to do that than showcasing stories that show the Oklahoma Standard is still alive and well. That’s what you can expect with Something Good.”
