TULSA, Okla. – Griffin Radio is excited to announce that Woofstock 2021 will be BACK at Riverwalk Tulsa in Jenks on Saturday, September 18 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Through a partnership with Oklahoma Alliance for Animals, Woofstock will be a day outdoors filled with live music, food and fun in a pet-friendly atmosphere. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own furry friends or visit one of the participating area shelters and animal welfare organizations on-site.

“It is great to be associated with a local pet adoption event like Woofstock,” said Steve Hunter, Griffin Communications’ Director of Radio Operations & Programming. “It is an honor to be associated with the Oklahoma Alliance for Animals as we help find forever homes for so many dogs and cats.”

Presented by Woodland West Animal Hospital and Pet Resort, the grooviest pet adoption event in Oklahoma will also feature a pet costume contest on the main stage at 12 p.m. and a dog food drive held by Riverside Ford of Tulsa. Unopened bags of dry dog food will gladly be accepted to help feed shelter pets at Oklahoma Alliance for Animals.

Griffin Communications will also have an on-site presence with booths for News On 6 and all five radio stations – 106.9 K-Hits, 98.5 The Bull, Big Country 99.5, 92.9 The Drive & The Blitz 1170 AM – with plenty of swag to give away.

Woofstock 2021 will be open to the public and completely free to attend.
