News 9 Team Holds Severe Weather Expo At Penn Square Mall

Viewers and fans had the opportunity to meet the News 9 Weather Team on Saturday at the Penn Square Mall.

Chief Meteorologist David Payne, along with Justin Rudicel and the rest of the team including storm trackers and Jim Gardner, were out at the mall for the 8th Annual Severe Weather Expo.
